TKO Group Holdings, Inc., known as TKO, is an American sports and entertainment company headquartered at 200 Fifth Avenue in New York City. It owns the mixed martial arts promotion UFC, the professional wrestling promotion WWE and the bull riding organization PBR, along with the sports marketing agency IMG and the hospitality firm On Location.
TKO was established on September 12, 2023, through a merger between Zuffa, the Endeavor subsidiary that owned the Ultimate Fighting Championship, and World Wrestling Entertainment. The new company went public the same day on the New York Stock Exchange, where it trades as TKO. Endeavor chief executive Ari Emanuel became chief executive of TKO and Mark Shapiro became president, while Dana White remained in charge of UFC and Nick Khan of WWE. WWE cofounder Vince McMahon served as executive chairman until he resigned in January 2024. In February 2025 TKO completed the purchase of IMG, On Location and PBR from Endeavor, and in 2025 it launched the boxing promotion Zuffa Boxing. The logo is the letters TKO in bold italic capitals above a tapering underline stroke.
