Wallpaper reported that the identity was developed in house by a team led by head of design Veit Moeller and design director Shannon Jager, with ABC Dinamo and the motion studio Studio Dumbar. The wordmark’s O is a perfect circle outside and deliberately imperfect inside, a choice Moeller described as countering robotic precision.
OpenAI’s guidelines say the wordmark has fixed proportions and must not be stretched, cropped, masked or given effects. They also say the primary wordmark should not be used with the Blossom and that the Blossom should not be used as the primary branding or be given color.
