ChangXin Memory Technologies, known as CXMT, is a Chinese semiconductor company headquartered in Hefei, Anhui, that designs and manufactures DRAM memory chips. As of 2026 it is China's largest DRAM maker and the fourth largest in the world.
The company was established as Innotron in 2016, one of a group of Chinese memory plants set up to compete with global manufacturers, and by 2019 it had changed its name to Changxin Memory Technologies. Its first fab was producing 8GB LPDDR4 and DDR4 DRAM on a 19 nanometer process by December 2019, and it started selling DDR5 memory around the start of 2025. Its 2026 prospectus named the issuer ChangXin Technology Group Co., Ltd., also called CXMT Corporation in English. CXMT shares began trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market on July 27, 2026, and rose almost 500 percent on their first day. The logo is the lowercase letters cxmt in bold blue, with a blue diamond set inside the letter c.
