Domino's Pizza, Inc., trading as Domino's, is an American multinational pizza restaurant chain headquartered at the Domino's Farms office park near Ann Arbor, Michigan. It has stores in more than 80 countries and describes itself as the largest pizza company in the world.

In 1960 Tom Monaghan and his brother James took over DomiNick's, a pizza restaurant in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and within months James traded his half of the business to Tom. By 1965 Tom Monaghan had three stores, and the business was renamed Domino's Pizza, Inc. that year. The company opened its first franchise in 1967 and its first international store, in Winnipeg, Canada, in 1983. In 1998 Monaghan sold 93 percent of the company to Bain Capital, and in 2004 Domino's became a public company. In August 2012 the company shortened its name to Domino's, and on October 8, 2025 it launched its first brand refresh in 13 years. The logo is a tilted domino tile, red on the side with one dot and blue on the side with two dots, beside the name Domino's in blue.

Market value

As of November 1, 2026, Domino's had a market capitalization of about US$10.4 billion, according to companiesmarketcap.com. Market value changes with the share price every trading day.
