Howmet Aerospace Inc. is an American aerospace company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It manufactures components for jet engines, fasteners and titanium structures for aerospace applications, and forged aluminum wheels for heavy trucks.

Howmet traces its roots to Austenal, a maker of dental alloys founded in 1926, which was bought by the metals and mining company Howe Sound in 1958; Howe Sound took the name Howmet in 1965. Howmet was later owned by Pechiney and by Thiokol, and in 2000 it was sold to Alcoa. When Alcoa Inc. separated in 2016, the company kept its engineered products business and was renamed Arconic Inc. In 2020 Arconic Inc. split again, spinning off its rolled aluminum business as Arconic Corporation and renaming itself Howmet Aerospace Inc. The logo is a square symbol forming the letter H in light blue and black, next to the words HOWMET AEROSPACE in bold black capitals.
